Purpose of the Job :

To increase the RMS & CMS in the given set of accounts in the circle, as well as achieving targets in sync with the goals of the company and handling the TSM team for the assigned territory. To devise annual and quarterly sales plan and key strategies to deliver Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Teleport etc) installation & Voice from B2B customers as per AOP. Design and implement competitive customer offerings, vertical specific customer value proposition, organize and run customer engagement programs and launch new products to ensure MOM CMS and RMS growth in both the segments

Key Deliverables :

New Customer Acquisition :

Achievement of cumulative Postpaid Nos. Through set of defined CSA,s Across the assigned territory's Corporates and New Customer Acquisition through strong relationship building & Positioning at the Corporate accounts. Work upon specific break in strategies, customer offering and incentive plans for sales teams.

Increase in account revenue :

By ensuring constant increase in CUSTOMER RATE & MOBILE INTERNET penetration. Monitor sales performance in terms of customer numbers, revenue, ARPU, net ARPU, net Margin level, 0-6 months churn in different clusters, circles, cities, segments and vertical segments and making strategic interventions for sustainable growth

Account Penetration :

Penetrating each & every account, vertically and horizontally, Ensuring our CSA representative presence on daily basis, to grab on the new business opportunities

Control on churn/address verification reject :

Indulging with the corporate on daily basis to ensure customer are updated / offered the

new plans & schemes, at the same time ensuring increase in our net customer base &

intention of customer to stay on our network.

Account follow up process :

Visiting the account / CSA on daily basis, getting the account/pinup roadshow planner prepared on a weekly basis through CSA, following the same, setting the targets and achieving the same.

Monitoring Competition :

Monitor competition's customer offerings and planning sales interventions for different class of clients.

Capability Building :

Regular training & refresher courses to enhance soft skills and product information ensure adequate marketing support and lead enhancement
