Business Unit: DTH Function: Sales Reporting To: National Sales Head Job Level: Manager Purpose of the Job :&nbsp; In this role, you will advise and assist our Territory Sales Managers and other relevant stakeholders in jointly developing and implementing sales and marketing related plans and campaigns. You will also conceptualize, develop and implement collaborative initiatives, regional products/services/platforms in order to significantly enhance the business performance Key Deliverables :&nbsp; - Building channel productivity - Managing customer relationships to minimize churn across customers in different product segments - Increasing net additions for DTH Business - Increasing customer acquisition, tag utilization, and acquisition rental revenues - Managing workforce to leverage opportunities - Working closely with Service Team to drive the sales agenda - Creating opportunities for sales of all products i.e. Standard Definition, High Definition, etc. Skills Required :&nbsp; - A good understanding of sales channels - Ability to collaborate and work with large teams - Ability to ensure excellence in execution - Consultation, facilitation and selling skills - Enterprising and Entrepreneurial skills - General management skills - Analytical and problems solving skills - Cost sensitivity in driving net adds - Result orientation - Networking and inter-personal skills - Consulting and Facilitation skills to manage strategic and local partners - High on energy Educational Qualifications - MBA from a Tier 1 institute
