Purpose of the Job:  Support to Corporate Office on all tax related matters /queries (direct, indirect, TP) on all Bharti group companies.  Deliverables :  1.Review of all direct and indirect tax returns of Group Companies.  2.Support on representation before the tax authorities, wherever required.   3.Assisting tax managers of respective group companies in litigations before the appellate authorities, wherever required.   4.Coordinating with in-house SMEs (Direct/Indirect/TP) so as to have consistent tax positions across the Group.   5.Coordination on all strategic transactions such as acquisitions, hive off, divestment etc. initiated at Corporate   6.Office with the tax strategy team.  7.Providing update on judicial pronouncements & legislative amendments having a bearing on the Group.   8.Ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of files.  Experience:  CA with min of 5 yrs of exp post qualification, also must have exposure in working with Big4(KPMG,PwC, EnY, Deloitte)
