Purpose of the Job :

- The role would partner with business to deliver HR specific deliverables in line with the Business requirements. The position will be responsible for driving engagement, learning and development, performance management, HR analytics and new joinee induction for employees in CS and DTH.

Partner with Business to :

- Build a business focused learning and development platform for employees to increase their value proposition and enable them to innovate and grow.

- Lead employee engagement for better retention and productivity

- Sustain culture and values of airtel

Deliverables :

- Design and execute the employee engagement framework (incl employee town-hall, Reward & recognition, leadership connect, Fun@work) in line with engagement survey results for better retention and productivity

- Drive Learning and development initiatives across centre and circles through creation of learning calendar, driving nominations, liaising with trainers, organizing workshops/eLearnings etc and ensure timely up-dation of the learning portal

- Responsible for HR analytics eg attrition, headcount, engagement expense etc and ensure availability of right information on HR system at all times

- Responsible for maintaining repository of organization structures and ensure timely updation

- Responsible for smooth on-boarding & induction of new joinees/trainees through various stakeholders

- Support in performance and talent management cycles (incl KRA setting, performance and talent review, increment and promotion cycles), Responsible for execution of the panel process and program management of agreed action items

Major Challenges :

- Driving people agenda through vertical heads/functional leaders

- Liasioning with HR SME teams on key HR processes to ensure timely & seamless execution of the same

Qualification :

- MBA in HR from premium B schools (preferred)

Experience : 5-7 years

Location : Ahmedabad,Gujarat
