Purpose of the Job
To drive data & voice revenue at the circle while ensuring that appropriate analytical support is provided for all business decision making at the Circle
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) :
- Drive Data & Voice revenue for the circle
- Monitor, analyze & contribute to postpaid Average Revenue per user enhancement & Churn reduction
- Monitor performance of new & Low revenue low utilization sites
- Undertake Revenue Enhancement Measures
- Drive a revenue forecasting Model that aims to scientifically factor past & current trends and seasonality
- Manager CR - Postpaid and Prepaid Separately
- Low Revenue Sites reduction
- Ensure Capex productivity
- Monitor and drive Data ER - Per MB rate movement, Top Abusers, Top products, Reasons for Movement, Forfeiture percentage movement trends
- Drive Dongle GAC - Prepaid and Postpaid, Market offers, etc.
- Should be able to critically evaluate and approve Data PCN requests for Mobility and Tele media business and perform Post-launch analysis
- Approval for new 2G/3G/4G sites; Monitor High usage sites, sites with low usage identification, etc.
- Take up cross Functional projects to drive performance
- Being connected with the market constantly. Proactively identify competitive scenarios and suggest product offerings
- Monitor and drive NAHA
Decision level :
1. Prime: Final Decision-Making authority, accountable to the Management
2. Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis
3. Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others
- Reports /Dashboards playing role in deep drill down.
