Role: Product Strategy Lead - Financial Service & Pay Division

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identifies new opportunities, assesses the company's product performance, and helps develop its long-term strategic plans for future product lines.

- Initiating Digital Transformation, Change process, and Identifying potential areas of Growth.

- Analyze data and trends to formulate effective approaches for optimizing collection efforts

- Collaborate with analytics and strategy teams to implement and test new ideas for continuous improvement

- Liaison with Lending Partners, Agency and Internal Teams

- Streamline the operations for Process improvement

- Ensuring the Product Growth and Business.

Qualifications and Skills:

- MBA from Top institutes

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets and driving performance

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate internal & external teams

- Strategic thinking and planning abilities

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Excellent Organizational, interpersonal and networking skills

- Ability to manage complex situations
