We are seeking an entrepreneurial, and hands-on product leader for our payments platform who can propel our payment success rate and experience to the next level. The leader would get an opportunity to work at scale of millions of users and billions of rupees, and would first-hand experience building products for the next billion Indians. Responsibilities:

1. Independently set the product vision and strategy with measurable outcomes

2. Identify team combinations that optimize delivery of projects

3. Work with cross-functional teams that include sales, marketing, finance, and legal to launch products with high velocity and refine products based on customer feedbacks

4. Drive clarity on highly complex and ambiguous projects

Qualifications:

1. 6+ years of product management experience

2. Prior experience in Payments/Fintech domain is mandatory, specifically in consumer internet

3. Experience in designing workflows and automating them is a plus

4. Technical skills sufficient enough to understand complexity without developer inputs and work with developers/architects to make right technical trade-offs

5. Experience in operational aspects of product including ability to develop and implement human in the loop processes where technology cannot scale immediately

6. Strong communication skills and ability to refine messages based on the audience

7. Track record of launching multiple products with high velocity
