This role will be leading analytics for a pod. You will be expected to drive data driven decision making with senior management, own metrics for a pod. We are committed to data-driven decision-making, innovation, and solving complex problems. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our team, leading analytics at the highest level within the organization, driving efficiency, and delivering impactful insights.

Job Description:

This position requires a candidate with a profound understanding of the telecom industry, coupled with the ability to lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, excel in data-driven decision-making, and thrive in solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deep Understanding of Telecom Business:

- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the telecom business, staying abreast of industry trends and dynamics.

2. Team Management:

- Lead and manage high-performing teams, demonstrating the ability to identify and nurture talent within the industry.

- Motivate teams to collaborate effectively and achieve common goals.

3. Cross-Functional Alignment:

- Align teams across different verticals, such as business and marketing, towards common solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements, build hypotheses, collect data, and develop analytics models.

4. Urgency and Problem-Solving:

- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and the ability to dive deep into problem statements.

- Lead the identification of opportunity areas with a high level of confidence.

5. Metric Definition and Ownership:

- Set and define metrics for the business, taking end-to-end ownership of the analytics process.

- Conduct A/B testing and build hypotheses to drive data-driven decision-making.

6. Collaboration with Product and Implementation:

- Collaborate with the Product team for data tracking and implementation of tools like Clickstream, Google Analytics, Branch, and Moengage.

7. Representation at the Highest Level:

- Represent analytics at the highest levels of the company, providing strategic insights and solutions during times of chaos.

8. Leadership and Efficiency:

- Lead analytics for multiple lines of business.

- Structure real-time conversations and forward-thinking to identify areas for driving efficiency.

- Build roadmaps and drive execution of team objectives.

9. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Drive data-driven decisions by setting and defining key metrics for the business and taking end-to-end ownership of data-driven insights.

10. Hypothesis Testing:

- Create and test hypotheses to uncover opportunities and measure their impact, all while ensuring high confidence levels in your findings.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in core analytics, with a strong background in SQL, Python, Airflow, Tableau, and other analytics tools.

- Data Expertise: Proficiency in working with large datasets, data structures, ETL pipelines, and feature modeling.

- Data Visualization: Excellent data visualization skills to effectively communicate complex insights to a broader audience.

- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage senior management with data-driven insights.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of analysts, fostering collaboration, and driving success.

- Communication: Effective communication skills, including the ability to work across multiple teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Forward Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth, building roadmaps and executing strategic plans.
