Role and Responsibilities : - Apply Design thinkig and agile principles in designing and delivering best Onboarding practices that suits the culture of Airtel Payments Bank. - Be a change agent and identify areas of improvement in the entire Onboarding and candidate experience process - Bridge the gap in the processes using various Automation tools - Create innovative solutions to enhance New hire Onboarding experience - Lead a team and drive onboarding and candidate experience process while drawing measurable actionables. - Deep dive into small line items involved in the process and take data based decisions - Manage the performance and efficiency of the Onboarding processes and team members through well-defined trackers and SOPs. - Collaborate with various stakeholders like Talent Acquisition team/ HRBPs/ IT & Admin and provide workable and logical solutions - Act as escalation point for Onboarding challenges arising within the company, working cross functionally to ensure solutions are found and improvements implemented. - Handle the Background verification process including pre and post onboarding & remove the blockers corresponding to this. - Prepare and manage all data & reports corresponding to new hire onboarding. Skills/Requirements: - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - 3-5 years of experience in similar role - Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity - Detail Oriented and ability to multi-task in dynamic , fast changing environment - Team and Stakeholder management
