The role of Strategy support is crucial in executing the Company's vision, by closely working with leadership & cross functional Teams in achieving key goals

1. Strategic planning

a. Support the development of long term organisational strategy & oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads

b. Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity

2. Market analysis

a. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to assess industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Translate market insights into actionable strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks

3. Business development

a. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that align with the company's strategic objectives.

4. Cross functional collaboration

a. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to align strategic initiatives with operational execution

5. Thought leadership

a. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the payments and banking sector. Share insights and thought leadership internally and externally to drive innovation and thought leadership

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience

Education: MBA/Post Graduate
