Airtel Payments Bank - Lead - Marketing & Consumer Research (4-6 yrs)
- To work closely with research and Marketing agencies and identify opportunities for New product development ,Marketing and communication channel enhancements .The incumbent will be required to oversee necessary consumer research, and evaluate/optimize research plans .
- Lead and manage comprehensive consumer and brand research initiatives to gather valuable insights for strategic decision making.
- Develop and implement research methodologies ensuring they align with industry best practices
- Utilize advances analytics and market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape and consumer behavior .
- Internal stakeholder alignments including compliance, legal, alliances, sales, finance, SCM etc.
- Analyzing Marketing and Brand KPIs for campaigns including Awareness, Preference, ITP etc.
- Achieving Business KPIs for campaigns including throughput, usage etc.
