Airtel - Manager - Usage & Revenue - Postpaid

We are looking out for Manager Usage & Revenue -Postpaid for Mumbai Location.

Job Description:

Will be responsible to handle U&R for all products namely, fixed voice, postpaid, VAS, DSL, 3G specifically :

- Reduce Value Loss from B2B voice business.

- Create strategies for Revenue enhancement in the B2B Voice business, through appropriate design and deployment of innovative customer communication, contact programs, up-selling initiatives and churn reduction.

- Ensuring Market Customer & Revenue share of Postpaid business through Customer Life Cycle Management by devising schemes for increasing ARPU as well as retention of subscriber base.
