About the role:
Digital Transformation agenda:
- Ask of improving Digital quotient within SCM function, recommend, own and drive the adoption of new digital capabilities for better processes, efficiencies and user experience
- Overall coordination from concept to actual implementation in an agile way
- Embedding new digital capabilities in people and processes for continuous improvements
- Plan, coordinate & minute the strategic reviews and update on the status of various initiatives to ensure execution is taking place as per the plan.
Operations:
- Should have the experience to advocate simplification in the new requirements or while addressing pain areas in the current processes
- Should be good team player & collaborator while working with in COE & business teams
- Should show flexibility towards enhancing the skill set with Oracle Fusion
Coordinate with Engineering Team to simplify Customer Journeys:
- Work closely with Engineering Team on specific enhancements of current business systems to meet changing needs and priorities.
- Provide input as required and implement the enhancements on specific projects. Also required to perform a supportive role in different phases of product development.
- Construct strategies in close coordination with the Business team and respective vertical heads to achieve functional & business objectives
Program Management & Business Head Support:
- Supporting decision-making abilities by conducting detailed analysis on key strategic issues; conducting internal and external analysis and research to formulate strategic opinions and recommendations
- Running the agenda and content for important meetings with business reviews
- Plan, coordinate & minute the strategic reviews and update on the status of various initiatives to ensure deployments are taking place as per the plan.
