What will you do? - Responsible for handling end- end recruitment. - Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed. - Primary focus on closing positions &amp; building pipelines through various sources for current and future requirement. - Responsible for Internal hire Partnering with the business (Hiring manager &amp; skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement &amp; share market insight. - Verifying the complete documents of the candidate with reference to their work experience, academic qualifications and other documents to initiate the background check of the applicants for Offer Process post selection. - Coordinate with the candidates from offer till their joining to ensure zero dropouts. Experience required? - 4-6 years of experience in TA Education required? - Full-time MBA from premium institutes
