Airtel - Manager - Postpaid Usage & Retention

The Postpaid U&R Manager is the custodian of Post Paid Base for Revenue Generation, Profitability, ARPU enhancement and a superior experience with company on an overall basis.

The position reports into U&R head for the circle. Major responsibilities of the incumbent would primarily include:

- Revenue Management from Postpaid Customers

- Responsible for Product promotions, Pricing and Health management of Mass segment

- Usage Enhancement & Retention Schemes

- Work Closely with CSD to profile, retain and drive these customers thru to a more profitable experience with company as a brand

- Maintain Insights, trackers and related dashboards signifying movement of this segment of the customers across various parameters like ARPU, Usage, MOUs,

- Retention, Churn etc --- and impact of various initiatives done specifically for this base of customers

- Compliance with internal processes & TRAI guidelines

- Compliance with budgeted costs
