L&D - Participate in the Need Analysis exercise, give inputs on design, execute the Learning Charter
Partner with the Lead HRBP to implement the Performance Management Cycles for Circles - Goal Setting (ensuring completion), Talent Council, Ratings, Promotions , Increments
Talent Management - IDP Creation & ensuring seriousness around the IDPs
Rewards - Partnering with the BHRO to manage the mid year & annual Rewards Cycle
Talent Acquisition - Creating hiring plan, monitoring lead time, managing end to end hiring process, Supporting line managers in forecasting and planning talent pipeline requirements, interviewing candidates
One on One HR connects with mid management to junior level employees, managing stakeholder expectations; proactive HR sensing and addressing employee grievances/concerns etc
Responsible for managing compliance related issues for on roll employees
Analytics - Analyze key HR metrics & share the necessary feedback to the BHROs
Responsible for planning induction of DGM & above employees
Amber/ HR Surveys - Analyze & Build strategy around improving the employee engagement via - improving culture, rewards & recognition, work life balance, continuous feedback etc.
