Manager - HR Transformation
Airtel is looking for a strong Analytics background professional (early joiner) for our HR team
JD for the role :
1. Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from variety of sources including HRMS / HRIS & Other sources.
2. Leading Analytics for Airtel Digital with insightful dashboards, hypothesis testing, and suggesting key actions based on data results
3. Driving Performance Management process along with the Central PMS team to complete goal setting and assessment process on a quarterly frequency.
4. Maintaining Annual Operating Plan for all the businesses with an eye on the budgeted headcount & Cost and Org Pyramid.
Must have :
1. Flexibility to adapt and effectively navigate within an ambiguous operating environment
2. Ability to partner with Business and HR colleagues
Good to have :
1. Working experience of any of the visualisation tools such as MS Power BI / Tableau.
