Opportunity for GTM Manager for Ahmedabad location.

Purpose of the Job:

- To develop, manage and implement programs in Prepaid to enhance acquisition - numbers & revenue through value for money products.

Deliverables (Key responsibilities)

- Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products.

- Monthly activities : NAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers.

- Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products. Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.

- Training of all customer services & backend teams on existing as well as new products to ensure error free service delivery

Major Challenges :

- High level of coordination both at the backend & front end (sales team) to ensure error free delivery of products in the market done thru- planning & meticulous execution.

- High level of sensitivity to market dynamics, keep a track of competition ensuing product & market superiority done through market visits, innovative products & streamlined support to sales team.

Decision level

Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management. Shared: Product pricing & financials, new products launch w.r.t. revenue impact on existing base. Contributory: Keep a control on NAC (Acquisition cost) & Allocation of budgets to zones to ensure achievement of business objectives.

Demonstrate (Key competencies)

- Product Knowledge : Thorough knowledge of Pre Paid - products & distribution.

- Analytical Aptitude : keen analyst, uses this skill to enhance the quality of job delivery.

- People Management & Inter-personal Skills : manages the backend & front end coordination with ease.

- Well versed in Computer knowledge and operating Systems, Excel & Access.

Educational Level

Must have:

A recognized postgraduate degree in Management (preferably from a premier institute) with specialization in Marketing. Working Experience

Must have:

- At least 1-6 years working experience. Desirable that 2-3 years should be in telecom sales/ marketing.
