Job Description :   - Outlet mapping and selection as per guidelines  - Building engagement, business & relationship with outlets  - Drive operational discipline ensure branding in store as per guidelines, SPPs attendance, performance etc.  - Coordinate & manage fulfillment at the outlets activation on time, demand fulfillment / availability of SIMs, LAPU, dongles, paper(if applicable) etc.  - Delivering business results through engagement, managing and coaching the SPPs (accountable for quality of SPPs, knowledge of SPPs and productivity of the outlet)  Responsibilities :   - Outlet Productivity : achievement against productivity target. (3 Prepaid data HVFR (data HVFR defined as - = 175 with min of 500 mb data) = 1 postpaid gross)  - Postpaid Gross with data attach (includes new connections, pre to post, MNP, dongles)  - Effectiveness of Smart Magnet program : # of prepaid data recharges sold - # of smart magnets sold  - Promoter Engagement : Measured as promoter attrition - 3% monthly  Major Challenges:  - Manage scale and size of operation  - Managing multiple stake holders  Experience:  - Should have exp in Device sales.  - 2-4 years preferably in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom  Company Profile:  Telecom giant Bharti Airtel is the flagship company of Bharti Enterprises.
