About the Role :&nbsp; Responsible for end to end New Digital Stores- rollout and ops pan India. The Lead rollout will need to own and plan for the conversion of existing stores, opening a new digital store, conversion of FR model into new digital stores and make them sustainable and profitable. The role holder will be responsible for timely delivery of stores with given costs and all new design initiatives and store performance. The role holder will need to work closely with SCM, Brand, IT &amp; Circle Teams. Key Responsibilities : 1. Proactively identify high potential store locations nationally in line with incremental business &amp; store profitability 2. Drive the right project management approach to ensure timely execution of roll-outs 3. Lead &amp; improve NG Store operations metrics &amp; KPI- s 4. Design POC for all new formats (Kiosk, RWA etc.) 5. Manage &amp; upgrade Airtel's Brand elements inside store Rollout : 1. Convert concept design into rollout ready model. Delivery of 25 days for OR and 10 days for FR. 2. All FR/OR layouts to be signed-off centrally. 3. Ensuring firm co-ordination between third party vendors, DA, Center and circle stakeholders to delivery defect free store before/within rent free period and approved costs 4. Manage each stage of rollout within defined TAT and quality 5. Ensuring the rollout is as per the design principles and without compromises. 6. Converting the complete design into time bound process with responsibilities. 7. Ownership of DA output NG Store Operations : 1. Ensuring new store operations are in synch with training and business priorities. Costs : 1. Rollout costs to match the current costs 2. Ensuring Efficiency in terms of both time, quality and money 3. Near perfect rollout planning with all cost/ vendors closed as a part of project 4. Sign-off on all onboarded vendors region wise for various aspects of design Skills Required : 1. Project Management excellence &amp; Experience 2. Strong stakeholder management skills 3.
