Airtel - Lead - Internal Communications - Marketing Domain

About the Role:

- Build pride among employees to work for Airtel Business by curating and communicating stories on business success, work culture, customer appreciation.

- Ensure employees are kept informed and energized by communicating through several channels, such as a staff intranet, email bulletins, Workplace by Facebook, Social media and regular newsletters.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with business

2. Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders

3. Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin.

4. Storyboard or translate ideas to the agency for the creation of articles/videos / stories for driving engagement in the organization

5. Use social media to communicate with staff internally

6. Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
