1. Responsible for creating quarterly & monthly incentive parameters for the off-roll associate fleet in DTC for align efforts to business strategy.
2. Responsible for creating quarterly & monthly Sales Incentive Plan for on roll Sales employees of DTC.
3. Responsible for running monthly gamification program across on roll & off roll teams based on business priorities.
4. Responsible for tracking the key performance metrics, running simulations of programs & incentive plans to test if business priorities are being met.

Background: Tier 1 pass out with 1-2 yrs of sales/marketing/strategy experience
