What will you do :

- Devise a comprehensive Vision, roadmap, marketing strategies and compelling campaigns to accelerate revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention for Airtel enterprise business

- Carrying industry focused market research and data analytics in order to keep up to date with current market trends, as well as predict future trends for revenue impact

- Leverage market feedback & insights to develop the most effective narrative and positioning in the marketplace

- Plan, organize and execute various marketing events such as prospect and customer events, conferences, exhibitions

- Create a powerful cadence for communicating with the high value accounts in a compelling way. Produce high-quality engagement content for our customers such as market surveys, Webinars, Whitepaper, Case Studies, Blog, Videos, etc.

- Manage customer interaction, including online/ offline communities, events, customer advisory boards, user groups, and executive roundtables.

- Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, and assess them against goals

- Provide ongoing reporting, develop actionable insights, test and learn approach to new initiatives

- Effectively communicate the strategic B2B marketing approach to key senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operational teams to get their buy-in

- Build a team that is diverse and has the domain expertise to build a marketing engine for the B2B business

- Set the strategy for reaching the goals, establish the budget allocation and guide the team to be successful and make things happen

What do you need to have?

- 10+ years of B2B sales marketing experience with proven success in both strategy and execution of innovative, high-impact campaigns

- Strong consumer out thinking with proven track record in revenue growth in a highly competitive environment

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to consume data and draw insights that drive the business forward

- Ability to influence and thrive in a collaborative work environment and excel under pressure

- Cross functional leadership skills with experience working on complex, time-critical projects

- Track record of leading high-performing teams that deliver results while having fun
