Purpose of the Job:  - To grow revenue Market share & customer market share in the SME/SMB segments through a team of ZSMs/CMs by leveraging comprehensive telecom product portfolio of Airtel.  Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities):  Revenue:  - Customer Acquisitions - mobile, PRI, DSL, data  - Protect & grow High value minutes through base management  - Control downward migration & enhance upward migration  - Non voice streams of revenue - 3G, Devices, Dongle etc  - Controlling churn through effective account management  Market Share:  - New account penetration  - Multi product penetration in existing accounts through Airtel's full range of telecom products  Customer Satisfaction:  - Adherence of SLA & TAT to resolve issues  - Proactive engagement to understand evolving needs & offer products  Capability building:  - To train & develop team to become holistic sellers of Airtel range  - To build technical capability of voice, non voice & data  Major Challenges :  - Pricing issues - counter by focusing on Airtel's product range & service capability to give a holistic experience  - Team capability to pitch in full range and customize solutions for customers  - Execution constraints - regular engagement with local & center project teams to improve speed of execution & customer communication  Demonstrate (Key competencies):  - Relationship Management  - Always Updated on Products and service being offered  - People Manager  - Global Perspective about customer business  - Enterprising and entrepreneurial  - Influencing & Collaborating with other functions / verticals  - Results orientation  - Analytical and problems Solving  - Networking and inter-personal skills  - Handling ambiguous and unforeseen circumstances
