Purpose of the Job :

Create whole ecosystem to drive large, and medium corporate houses to be clients for Airtel Payments Bank, Create local enablers to tap MSME engagement for creating depth of services. Marketing products to other businesses that have demonstrated a need for the products or services.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) :

- New relationship with large, medium corporates (as clients) and new distributors ( as service provider) - Hunting

- Designing, developing & marketing innovative cash management solutions to MSME clients.

- Create and assess a business marketing strategy, develop competitive pricing strategies.

- Developing successful market proposition, pricing and go to market strategies for new & existing products of Airtel Payments Bank

- Working alongside relevant departments - such as product management & marketing to ensure that the proposition is successfully delivered by the business and achieved required yield

- Submitting RFPs Proposals and giving presentation to clients

- Higher wallet share % per large and medium corporate - Farming

- Ensuring higher service quality given by distributors / territory

- Manage directly and develop leadership to manage local key relationships

- Creating data analytics to highlight segment of profits

- Cross sell of B2C, other opportunities for Airtel Payments Bank

- Drive opportunities across digital landscape of the client base and offer - hot- leads to other business groups

Demostrate (Key competencies) :

- Understanding of mobile money, banking, insurance and allied business

- Understanding of balance sheet with both top/ bottom line impacts

- Evolved voice of customer and moment of truth experience of customers, to bring both changes in process as well as highlighting early warning signals

- Analytics focus to drive business with a simple dashboards

- Relationships and key contacts at CXO levels

- Understanding of business for large, medium corporate so that the solution offered fits the client's value chain.
