Executive Assistant to CEO
Expected Key Results Activities :
1. Design and delivery of any project / activity led from the CEO's office.
1. Strategy formulation - Growth strategy for segment / vertical in line with the stated vision for the business
2. Competitor benchmarking - Analysis of the competition results to measure mark to market performance. Assessment of product portfolio / key market trends / competitor strategy to identify opportunities and gaps for the business
3. Driving strategic priorities / key projects - Defining the project charters, deliverables, project management of the key priorities and tracking progress against agreed milestones, providing strategic support on complex issues
4. Analysis of business performance - Assessment of key KPIs across the business across LOBs / circles / segments / functions to determine key areas which are not working, highlighting and ensuring discussion with leadership team
5. Reviews and follow up - Participate on the Airtel business leadership team, ensuring timely reviews on key priorities, capturing key action points from every meeting and ensuring its timely completion.
6. Preparation of presentation for reviews / employee facing communications / project charters etc
7. Manage day-to-day business operations and program management - Manage day to day operations as per the need of the stakeholders
8. Coordinating with stakeholders for getting the necessary information and interacting with them.

Educational Level :
- Must have MBA in Marketing / Finance from
Tier 1 institute (batch 2014/15)- Must have 4-5 Years of experience from
consulting background onlyStrong business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.
