Manager-Distribution and Handsets
- Formulates distribution strategy and norms, deploys the same driving zonal teams, brings rigours in micro planning and reviews for various distribution KPIs , First person responsible for achievement of distribution KPI targets for circle, facilitates timely reviews on distribution.
- Owner of GAC/NAC budgets for the circle..formulates and deploys GAC/NAC month on month , bringing in competition’s knowledge/scenarios and deployment of our strategy in trade.Prepares Note for approvals/makes provisions on above and relevant sign offs from PCN committee.
- Formulates strategy to build trade equity, strengthen retail engagements and owns prepaid purchase experience CSMM
- Owns rural distribution strategy,new location launch process, new location launch activity tracker and achievement of launch objectives.
- Formulation and deployment Pre paid team reward and recognition programs
Guides n coaches Zonal teams on territory strategy n tactics and is responsible for TM/ISO trainings n inductions.
- First person responsible for driving handsets business ,engage and involve OEMs so that business objectives are met with and fresh n hot selling models n propositions are in the basket of offerings.
- Formulate and deploy team and channel incentives on Handsets effectively month on month.
- Forcasting and deploying provisioning plan in line with acquisition strategy and prepaid number management.

MBA /PGDBM: From premium institutes
Exp: Channel and Distribution Exp is a must.
