As Circle HR Head strategically you will be leading & driving initiatives focused around:

- Building & sustaining a strong culture in the organisation

- High Employee Engagement (which is directly,linked to business success and thereby customer delight)

- Organisation development: Major Change initiatives proactively planned as per business need

- Anticipating & leading key people & Organisation structure

- Capability Building

At the operational level, to plan & ensure implementation of:

- All HR operations for the circle

- Standardised manner of executing Key/Critical processes that ‘delight the internal customer’

- Reviewing & monitoring consistency of outputs delivered by all HR verticals / touchpoints
