Level - Manager/Senior Manager  Reports into - Head CLM  Job Purpose  - To conceptualize, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy/framework for customer usage, arpu enhancement & retention for Mobile Internet  - Segmentation & targeting - Identification and sizing of target segments – Demographic & Psychographic and devise strategies & programs to target the same.  - Analytics and insights for identifying opportunities for driving incremental revenue, penetration etc  Key Deliverables  - Monitor and evaluate performance of existing products & new product launch; for products launched by the circle, set revenue and adoption targets  - Raise circle-specific PCN and manage product launch life cycle   - Implement pricing plans based on overall MI pricing framework and pricing ladder developed by HQ - align the price points of MI products according to the framework  - Track pricing competitive landscape on circle level; and work with Pricing and Product management team to secure approval on pricing level change  - Develop data models for local data warehouse to store circle level data (e.g. pack revenue, number of unique users, number of transactions, qrecs, drec etc)  - Develop regular circle specific report to evaluate MI performance (e.g., total revenue/unique user by 2G vs. 3G, packs vs. VBC, revenue/unique user by specific packs, pack wise MI churn etc.)  - Implement own-base programs for usage stimulation and retention developed by Center (e.g. retention program for specific user segment etc)   - Develop and implement circle specific own-base programs for MI products, Devices (dongles)  - Responsible for implementing outbound telecalling programs for better revenue management, promote up-sell to current pack users , promote renewals  - Monitor and evaluate Own-Base offer performance – take-up rate, revenue etc.
