The Group aims to continue providing a simple and intuitive customer experience through streamlined customer journeys Overall Purpose of the Role: As part of Compensation and HR Analytics team for the Airtel Africa Group, the primary responsibility of the role is to ensure all compensation related data for all 14 markets of Africa, including London and India is managed, maintained, accurately and administered through ERP (Oracle). Preparing regular monthly and adhoc reports on people analytics: headcount, cost, attrition, learning etc., by preparing monthly people analytics deck for all markets for management. Key Responsibilities : - Provide highly analytical, confidential and data-driven reporting to be used in decision-making by senior management and prepare ad hoc compensation analytics and personnel data reports as requested (spend analysis, headcount vs cost analysis and many other people analytics) - Assist in the annual merit increase, bonus and LTI administration processes including: system set up, payment reconciliation, data management and dissemination, audits, approvals - Maintain and Govern the Company's compensation data records in the Oracle HRIS system and identify areas for improvement in the storage and processing of data and collaborate with HRIS staff to implement changes and enhancements to ensure governance of all compensation related data accuracy w.r.t salary changes, system updation and payroll reconciliation - Support in monthly audit of payroll, salary structure, SIP payouts are done as per policy; ensuring accurate data for quarterly audit and annual salary and bonus cycle - Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly people analytics reports for management.&nbsp;
