- Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products.
- Monthly activities - NAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers.
- Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products. Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Training of all customer services & backend teams on existing as well as new products to ensure error free service delivery
