Purpose of the Job  1) The Job takes care of recovering CPE (STB) of DTH Prepaid customers belong to 180+ bucket. It also requires lot of analysis and project strategies which is to be implemented in all the circles.   2) Person should be competent and mature to manage a large and growing customer base and come up with initiatives to improve CPE Recovery performance.   Deliverables  1) Manage field retention agencies engaged in collecting STB’s from the customers and dealers  2) Should understand people management at partner level.   3) Analyzing Portfolio and driving through customer offering / Tele calling & Field coordination   4) Identification of key reasons of customers not returning STB & come up with initiatives/ideas to improve them.  5) Co-ordination with SSD, TSM, ZRM, ASM across the circles for STB pickup / DP entry and warehouse   6) Managing and achieving desired targets within the approved cost.  7) Capacity planning at field retention agencies   Educational Level   MBA from tier 1 institute (Batch 2013 only)  Working Experience  At least 1 year of work experience post graduation.
