Purpose of the Job
Account Management for the Strategic Accounts.This position handles data and voice products both.
Deliverables
1. Relationship Management with Middle Management and Key- End Users of the account on a day to day basis for the Manufacturing and Distribution vertical.
2. Order entry, provisioning & management reporting.
3. Carry DATA and VAS Targets- For products viz. Audio/ Video Conferencing, Data Cards, Vehicle Tracking, Core products of networking ( MPLS, Internet, etc)
4. Carry 3 G, 4 GTargets including Dongles,Mobility Revenue and Mobility Order Booking as well as retention of existing revenue
5. Carry Fixed Line OB and Fixed Line Revenue Generation as well as Retention of existing revenue
6. Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams internally- BSG, SMG(COPC), Administartion Manager and Front Line sales.
7. Customer loyalty management initiatives and the CRM activities for the account.
8. Ensure the account business target achievement on: Order booking, Revenues, Collections,Coordination with Projects/Products/COPC to ensure meeting customer expectations on customer delivery.
