Lead the strategic direction for Airseva Academy, which includes the creation of Long-term and Short term plans. 2. Identify and assess future and current training needs for different functions 3. Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations 4. Creating and Managing the Quarterly / Annual Learning Calendar and ensuring Training coverage across the organization 5. Managing the entire Training Administration. 6. Content development and delivery for both Functional as well as Behavioral Programs 7. Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them 8. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices 9. Leverage technology for conducting the training program 10. Identification and managing training partners for developmental programs What you need to succeed 1. Bachelor- s/Master's Degree in Human Resources 2. 6-8 Years of Experience in Learning and development domain 3. Excellent Facilitation skills 4. Ability to collaborate with different stakeholder 5. Exposure to online learning Platforms 6. Proven interpersonal skills with a reputation as diplomatic, professional, collaborative, approachable, and knowledgeable. 7.
