What you'll do : 1. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics such as Budget &amp; Forecasting, Budget vs Actual variance, Opex/Capex movement &amp; reporting. 2. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast 3. Compare budget &amp; forecast variances to actual, assist in review with the management team and provide guidance on needed corrections. 4. Work with cross-functional partners on ad-hoc analysis/projects to address the business needs 5. Ad-hoc business performance reporting 6. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments like cost centre/function wise reporting &amp; analysis. Liaison with relevant business partners to understand &amp; deliver the needs timely &amp; effectively. 7. Assist in implementing a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports 8. Help in developing financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives &amp; maintenance 9. Support management team and the functional heads with data-driven analysis What you need to succeed : &nbsp; 1. At least 4-6 year of work experience (Post Qualification) in FP&amp;A &amp; financial reporting &amp; analysis domain in a reputed organisation 2. Qualification : CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) 3. Familiar with business analysis &amp; strong skills needed in ME Excel &amp; presentations 4. Familiar in working on a cloud-based working environment like Google sheets etc, Box etc 5. Familiar with accounting package/platform like Workday &amp; Anaplan - this will be added advantage altogether 6. Willingness to coordinate &amp; drive the efficiency &amp; performance with regular interaction with the global team &amp; influence them with the right course of action being identified time &amp; again. 7. Strong communication skills and a proven track record in successful business partnering
