Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead engineering programs that don't fall under regular feature delivery and need involvement of multiple teams

2. Plan and manage an extensive program consisting of multiple complex projects. Help drive delivery of project work. Identify and remove blockers and find the path forward in challenging situations

3. Leading efforts for Engineering Brand Management like showcasing engineering achievements to internal and external stakeholders via events, blogs etc

4. Setup up and evolve multiple engineering processes like release management, Documentation, measurement and reporting of engineering metrics

5. Work with Airmeet Customers, 3rd party partners, business development, and other teams to determine business requirements for features or enhancements to the existing infrastructure. The role will be responsible for the prioritization of customer integrations and program management for transformation programs that impact the EDI and API integrations, as well as creating the requirements for the integration.

6. Organises and accelerates a group of related technology projects or activities across multiple teams, aligning dependent organisations. Identify and remove blockers and find the path forward in challenging situations

7. Creates mechanisms and drives execution of an outcome from inception through successful delivery through the full stack of the services/domains and work on the quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.

8. Keeps abreast of the evolving technology landscape. Can ask the right questions and can guide to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of designs (scalability, latency, security, performance, data integrity, etc.)

9. Provide technical guidance, review implementation progress, resolve technical issues and drive all stakeholders towards launch.

Basic Qualifications:

BTech or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline

Mid-level professional with 5+ years experience in the software industry

Strong stakeholder management. Comfortable liaising with individual contributors and members of C-Suite.

Extensive experience working in a cross-functional environment across various teams.

Strong understanding of Software development lifecycle

Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Understanding of SaaS business models and subscription businesses.

Familiarity with project management applications (such as Jira) a plus.
