Manager- Talent Acquisition
Airmeet is seeking a Manager- Talent Acquisition who enjoys the end-to-end recruitment process and is passionate about providing the best possible experience to potential candidates.
Responsibilities :
- Be a part of manpower planning
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Write and post technical job descriptions in consultation with the stakeholders
- Sourcing for relevant profiles from Linkedin and other job portals
- Getting profiles screened, setting up interviews, end to end candidate engagement through offer and post offer stages
- Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e. g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Candidate engagement preboarding through activities with multiple touch points
- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition partners
Requirements :
- 7-8 years' prior proven track record in a talent acquisition role at a tech startup
- Ability to work well and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Proven track record of having scaled up tech product organisations as a technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e. g. social media recruiting etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
