Who we are looking for?

As we scale Airblack, we're looking for a Manager- Founder's Office who would help build and scale categories. We're looking for a smart, energetic, number-oriented person who has a knack for problem-solving and doesn't shy away from challenges, but rather thrives in them! You would be leading areas of expansion, planning, and strategy.

What would you be doing?

- Ideate, initiate, and execute experiments across new and existing categories

- Lead the areas of strategic planning, expansion, and strategy, including designing and driving OKRs across teams

- Develop and implement metrics to measure performance and progress toward strategic goals

- Own planning and execution of certain key channels/categories to achieve the respective business target metrics

What makes you a suitable candidate?

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Doesn't hesitate in getting hands dirty

- Gets excited about numbers

- Strong team skills and ability to collaborate with senior management

- 2-3 years of consulting experience, preferably post MBA or equivalent or ex-founder with 0 to 1 experience
