AIG Business Solution is looking for a COO for US Business Operations from our Gurgaon Office. For this position, US operation experience is mandatory.

Location : Gurgaon

Reports to : MD, US

Shift : PST, 8:30 pm - 5:30 am

Job summary :

- The chief operating officer position provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organisation and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

- The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.

Preference - Candidate should be from Outsourcing background with strong US operational skills.

- Minimum years of total experience with 8-10 years operational exposure in US Market.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

- At least 20 years of strong operational experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

- Master's degree in business or related field.

- At least 10 years in a senior management role.

- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing end to end operations.

- Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
