Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions to support sales efforts.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Identify, Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure effective communication of software features and benefits to customers.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales processes and tools to streamline operations.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to senior management.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to boost the sales funnel.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure that terms align with company policies and objectives.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts
