About the role :

We are looking for a dedicated, result-driven business development executive to be responsible for all things sales - from top of the funnel to closing. If you have a keen interest in emerging technology sales, love interacting with people with an entrepreneurial mindset, and are a bit of a technology geek yourself, Aidetic is the perfect place to work for you!

As the lead of the Business Development team, you'll directly work with the founders to drive the company's sales. Working in a dynamic environment, you get to add value to businesses and businesses who're innovating in the AI/ML space.

Experience : 3+ years in B2B technology sales

Responsibilities :

- Driving the sales cycle which is focussed on providing AI/ML focused technology solutions to startups and mid-market firms

- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential

- Process, follow up and nurture leads in the pipeline

- Generating content for promoting or educating customers about our offerings

- Exploring and entering into enriching partnerships with other stakeholders in the ecosystem

- Building a high-functioning sales team at the organization

Requirements :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A penchant for sales

- Excellent research skills for high value lead generation

- An organized approach towards sales funnel management

- A result-driven mindset for lead conversion

- Quick learning ability to stay on top of new technological developments

- Basic familiarity with AI/ML use cases

- Content writing and designing experience

- IT Sales Experience : 3+ years (Must-have)
