What you will be doing? - Goal, of our product team is to understand our users, make usage of our complex data models easy for them by building products. We want our users to harness the potential of AI and ML by using our products. - As a leader of product management for our geological survey product, you will be responsible for: Product / Business Strategy - Conducting in-depth industry and user research, to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, and work with AiDash leadership to develop core product offering. - Lead opportunity, and risk assessment to develop go-to-market strategy covering various aspects of the product. - Develop internal team, and capability to develop and launch the product. - Acquire deep domain(s) and techno-functional expertise and eventually build an entire product line in satellite analytics space. - Eventually Manage PnL for the line of business. Product Roadmap and Execution : - Defining and developing product and product line strategy and roadmap. Translating market needs into product capabilities, features, and directions. - Present to key team members including internal and external stakeholders - Write detailed actionable product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories. Manage the product lifecycle from product definition to prototype to product release. - Partner with key business, technical, and design stakeholders to develop the product. - Drive and project manage initiatives End to End from inception to delivery - Ensuring on Schedule, On Budget and On Scope delivery of product - Develop and monitor SLAs and KPIs for product performance - Coordinate global product launches with marketing, sales and management teams. What do you need for this role ? - 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS / Deep tech / Data Platforms - Proven track record in driving enterprise product businesses, catering to large corporates in developed economies. - High degree of self-motivation, and willingness to work in fast pace and unstructured business environment. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Post-Graduation in Business / related field would be a preference - Past entrepreneurial experience is nice to have. - Work independently as well as collaboratively with a cross functional team.
