Job Description :

- Preparing Business Plan, and Financial model based on the target set by the management

- Generate market intelligence/reports/ MIS along with Data Analysis and Presentation

- Gather data and analytics to enable decision making and prepare business presentations for the CEO

- Formulate and undertake transformation initiatives aimed at improving top line and bottom-line

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CEO

- Gather Intelligence which otherwise may not be available from MIS / reports.

- Identify and share best practices with senior management and drive implementation of the same

- Assist to CEO/MD in their day-to-day affairs including emails, correspondence and scheduling of Meetings and events.

- Handling Task of various general administrative functions and maintaining all records for CEO

- Preparation of long term and short term business plan with P&L, Cash flow and Capex

- Monitoring financial and projects MIS and projects budget control

- Facilitate periodic reviews with all functions like Sales, constructions, BD, Laisoning, Legal, HR and F&A

- Coordinate with functional heads for completion of actionable points

- Preparation of board presentations and other presentations and analysis as required by the CEO

- Interface, liaison and co-ordinate with various teams for smooth project execution. 

- Track planned versus actual for key projects and raise flags wherever required.
