Building a supply driven farm-to-market mobility supply chain!

We are looking for a core team member for a cross functional role and to manage overall operations of building & scaling Farm-to-Mandi Model. Someone who has a problem solving mindset, who brings out the best of himself/herself in every situation and is a great source of philosophical jokes!

- Responsible to build a strong team of farm executives to manage the procurement through MPS(s) at farm-gates

- Responsible to build farmer relationship in villages through farmer engagement programs and other ways

- Building and ensuring continuously supply from existing MPS(s)

- Presenting practical challenges to the tech team to build tech solutions

- Scaling commodity volumes and saturating the supply from same villages

- Building and managing Mandi team for selling the farm produce

- Managing logistics onboarding and alignment with logistics team

- Tracking weekly numbers & pushing the team

- Solving on ground transactional hurdles
