We are looking for someone who is passionate about building and has extensive experience in startups from early stage to growth stage. Dynamic personality who brings out the best in people.

Roles & responsibilities :

- Building & training regional teams in high production areas

- Ensuring regional unit economics and profitability

- Taking new initiatives on demand side to build better selling channels

- Building & ensuring implementation of processes from top to bottom

- Identifying potential team members and building leadership DNA

- Working closely with marketing team, setting standards units of economics

- Setting up central control tower as well as regional control tower

- Setting up processes for customer support and monitor regularly

- Defining red flags and building processes for identification, building solutions

- Scaling overall business X to 10X

Criteria :

- Prior experience of building

- Energy to build

- Love for problem solving
