Agrowave - CEO's Office Role - Company Operations

- Building a supply driven farm-to-market mobility supply chain through an integrated network of MPS(s)

- We are looking for a candidate to take over some of the decision making from Founder's office.

Responsibilities:

- Communicating monthly goals to the team

- Evaluating ideas brought by team members

- Analysing monthly insights & implementing changes to improve on ground operations

- Tracking & evaluating SOP implementations on weekly basis

- Reporting MIS for the company & investors

- Tracking KPIs & suggesting improvements

- Working on multiple revenue growth strategies & filtering out best

- Promoting quality work by on ground executives

- Identifying gems in the team & notifying to CEO

- Any other work helping CEO to reduce daily decision making
