The Team: The Founder's Office at AgroStar is a cross-functional cell, set up to drive strategic priorities for the business. We work closely with the co-founders to run near term experiments and projects for immediate impact, as well as to build mid to long-term capabilities for the organisation.

The Role: As a Sr. Program Manager at AgroStar, you will:

Help chart out the long-term strategy for AgroStar and identify key building blocks that need to be built to put us on the right path

Drive multiple short/mid/long-term initiatives across the company to drive growth/profitability/customer experience

Own the 0-1 journey (insight to execution) of any project until a PMF has been found and doing so by liaising with cross-functional leaders and drive the project forward

Drive implementation of key initiatives for growth, customer experience, operational effectiveness and service

Work on internal/external communications - Press communication, Investor interactions, Board Meetings, etc.

Qualifications we look for :

2-5+ years experience in operations / program management / business analytics in a high growth environment

Engineer / Chartered Accounted and MBA from a top institute

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

To succeed at AgroStar you should:

Have a strong bias for action and must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects be highly analytical and data driven, but also have a focus on constant innovation

Be a team player who can articulate and communication his/her thoughts well

Be good at building relationships and have off-the-charts level of emotional intelligence

Have a strong work ethic (this will involve long hours, we are a start-up after all)
