Responsibilities :  a. Own and manage financial accounting and related activities i.e. day to day accounting, month end closures, consolidation of account, MIS reporting, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, accruals, revenue, expenses, payroll, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity  b. Create and implement scalable processes, policies and internal controls across various revenue, expense and balance sheet account activities  c. Oversee operational data to ensure data integrity and accuracy, as well as enhancing speed and reliability of financial reporting  d. Ensure monthly publishing of accurate financial data to business partners, including timely analysis and communication of budget to actual variances and executive reporting  e. Manage the relationship and activities external audit and tax specialists.  f. Develop and manage team, including mentoring and coaching  g. Lead/assist with ad-hoc strategic and operational excellence projects (i.e. process improvements, system implementation, etc.)  Requirements :  - 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; combination of Big 4 (minimum 2 years) /start-up /manufacturing MNC experience  - Strong drive and great work ethic with a get it done attitude  - Must be a positive, proactive, think outside the box, and organized team player with strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening)  - High attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining the big picture  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal guidance  - Managerial experience and mentoring of junior team members  - Advanced Microsoft word and excel skills (such as pivot tables, vlookup and data analysis)
