AgroStar is Indias foremost AgTech start- up with a mission of #HelpingFarmersWin. Shardul and Sitanshu, started AgroStar with a vision to solve two of the biggest problems in Indian agriculture - Lack of guidance for scientific/sustainable farming & limited access to great quality farm inputs.

Today AgroStar serves millions of farmers across 5 Indian states via an omnichannel approach. Along the journey, we have built Indias largest agronomy advisory center, a highly engaged digital farmer network with over 5 million users, and a retail network of 1500+ stores. These channels, powered by technology, work in tandem to enable us to solve the problems faced by farmers at scale. And we are just getting started.

Funded by prominent investors like Chiratae Venture Partners, Aavishkaar Ventures, Accel Partners, Schroders Capital, Evolvence Group, Hero Enterprise, and CDC we are rapidly growing our agri- input platform and making strategic investments to solve other large farmer problems like market linkages and access to credit.

The Role: As Regional Sales Manager, you will;

- Be responsible for driving P&L for the region

- Manage and operate state level revenue numbers

- Create business strategies to drive revenue numbers and onboard new customers

- Develop and arrange promotional material and in- store displays.

- Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness

- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Must have;

- Experience managing sales teams

- Complete knowledge of the local areas of the region

- Be a hustler and a smart communicator
