Manager - Business Finance (Supply Lead)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Work with the state leads in detailed Annual Operating Procedure(AOP) creation and driving the margins.

2. Support and partner with the business teams in business modeling, P&L forecasts.

3. Help category lead identify new vendors for the Supply

4. Take care of Inventory Management, handle the fulfillment center supply

5. Solve for short and long term supply availability issues

6. Work with category leads on Inventory Optimization initiatives

7. Coordinate with Central/Demand/Finance team for Category asks

8. Propose and lead long term sustainable business initiatives

Ideal Candidate :

1. Candidates with a minimum 2-5 years post, CA in B2B, D2C startups preferred.

2. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

3. Excellent networking & relationship management skills.

4. Business & financial acumen, ability to strategize.
